Eden Scott's client is currently seeking a

Banking Client Administrator

specialist to join their dynamic banking operations team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior banking experience, particularly those who are passionate about delivering exceptional client and administration services and have a strong understanding of banking procedures.

The successful individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that their clients receive top-tier service. You will be involved in a wide range of operational tasks, supporting the bank's clients and internal teams while also contributing to important project activities. Your role will be central to maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the process of new client onboarding, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met. Oversee the ordering of client cards, ensuring a seamless process from request through to delivery. Handle requests for cheque books and pay-in books, providing accurate and timely service. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Hampden Agencies Limited and Nomina plc, ensuring ongoing smooth cooperation and support. Ensure that all client requests and operations meet or exceed Service Level Agreements, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Actively participate in project and change management initiatives relevant to the team and department, contributing to continuous improvement. Provide support and temporary absence cover for colleagues as required, ensuring seamless team function. Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the team leader or management, in alignment with the role's responsibilities and your skill set.

Person Specification:

Previous Banking Experience:

Experience in a banking or financial services environment is essential, with a solid understanding of operational procedures and client servicing. Client Focused:

A dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders. Detail-Oriented:

High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, including order processing and client management. Adaptability:

Comfortable with change and able to work across various projects, adjusting priorities as needed. Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing responsibilities and providing support to colleagues when needed.
