Open to UK and Overseas Qualified candidates, this role offers exposure to a broad array of finance transactions, including renewable energy financing and sports finance, with substantial responsibility and direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Support : Advise financial institutions, development banks, funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers on a diverse range of lending transactions.
Project Types : Engage in various finance sectors such as sports finance (including football transfer receivables), acquisition finance, real estate finance, venture debt, renewable energy projects, and more.
Client Collaboration : Maintain client relationships, working closely with banks and other lending entities to provide seamless service across multiple jurisdictions. Business Development : Actively support business growth by developing strong client connections and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills: Relevant Experience : Solid post-qualification experience within the banking/finance sector.
