We are looking for a banking solicitor to join our client's leading banking team. This banking solicitor will have atleast 2 years' PQE and be able to manage their own caseload and assist on more complex work. Due to a period of growth, this successful banking team are looking to grow. This banking team work with an enviable client based to include a number of household names. You will be joining the banking team who are based in Cardiff, on a hybrid basis. Acting for both borrower and lender, you will be negotiating, structuring and drafting documentation of commercial loan transactions of varying value and size. You'll be working on acquisition finance, development finance, asset-based lending and general debt finance work. You'll be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE with a good range of transactional banking experience.
