The Role
Work on various financing transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating security documents, managing transaction processes, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors
Opportunities to take on project responsibility and engage in client development
Supportive and structured environment with clear guidance
Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years' PQE in general banking
Experience managing full transaction lifecycles
Ability to work collaboratively with local and national teams
