The Role
As an Associate in this banking & finance team, you will: Opportunity for an NQ-3 PQE lawyer to join the team and support on corporate/leverage finance, real estate finance & infrastructure finance. You will be working with private equity sponsors, corporate, banks and funds. The team often act opposite Magic Circle and large US firms. The client base includes high profile clients- UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on domestic and cross border transactions. About You
To be successful in your application for this Banking Associate vacancy, you will have: NQ - 3 years' PQE with experience in banking law. A strong academic background.
