Job Description
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients in the banking sector.
Lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of top-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with client's business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated financial solutions.
Participate in business development activities to generate new clients and revenue.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and professional standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Banking Tax Assistant Manager' should have:
A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
A qualification in tax such as CTA, ACA or ACCA
Extensive knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.
Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
Strong client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
