We are seeking a Banqueting Manager at the Radstone Hotel. The Banqueting Manager will support the successful day-to-day running and execution of conferences, events, and weddings. This will be a hands-on role, leading the conference and banqueting team to ensure the highest levels of customer service to all guests.
What our ideal candidate looks like…
Previous experience of managing or supervising a conference and banqueting team
Strong Food and Beverage or Conference and Banqueting background
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated and able to develop a team
Strong customer service skills and willing to meet and exceed guest expectations
Can work as part of a team
