We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bar and Catering Manager to lead the bar and catering operations, produce high levels of food quality, and help drive sales through increased footfall at the driving range. Additionally, you will manage the marketing and bookings for our newly launched function room, while ensuring our targets and KPIs are met. Role Overview: As the Bar and Catering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and catering services, ensuring excellent service and high-quality food for all our members and guests. You will also play a key role in driving sales through the footfall at our popular driving range, while managing the marketing and bookings of our new function room. A core part of the role will be ensuring high levels of food quality, managing stock and till systems, and meeting performance targets and KPIs across all areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bar and catering teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining exceptional standards of service and high levels of food quality. Oversee the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food, ensuring all dishes are produced to the highest standards. Drive sales through the increased footfall at the driving range by promoting food, beverages, and services. Manage and promote the new function room, driving bookings through targeted marketing efforts. Organise and oversee events, ensuring that catering and bar services align with the event's needs. Collaborate with senior management to set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Ensure smooth operations of till systems and accurate transaction processing. Ensure exceptional service is provided to all members and guests, responding promptly to queries and requests. Oversee budgets, control costs, and monitor the financial performance of the bar and catering services. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in bar and catering management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to produce high levels of food quality. Experience with event management and the ability to tailor services to meet client needs. A strong understanding of sales, with a track record of driving revenue. Knowledge and experience with till systems and stock control. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage budgets and control costs. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. A passion for hospitality and service excellence.
