Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Lounge Floor Supervisor role Welcome guests warmly and oversee the provision of a diverse range of food and beverage services in The Living Room Lounge. Uphold and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures regarding food and beverage service within the lounge, prioritising colleagues training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial profitability. Supervise lounge colleagues, providing guidance and support to maintain exceptional service standards and ensuring smooth operations during afternoon tea and dining services. Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns, striving to consistently exceed guest expectations and drive positive reviews. About you Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
