Key responsibilities of the Bar Supervisor role Supervise the bar team with support in training, development and service levels Ensure guests are welcomed as soon as possible and orders taken swiftly Take ownership of shifts and be a point of contact for the team when needed Use previous experience to help grow the Dandy team into bar superstars Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained for billing, signing of bills and taking of payments throughout the service Possess faultless knowledge of all food and drink on the Dandy menus Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc., taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner Complete closing checklists and double check workplace standards as well as supervising other members of the team Be confident in responding to any guest/staff enquiries in a professional manner Support the Bar Manager and F&B Manager with fresh ideas, training and development of the team We are looking for passionate people to join our Dandy team!
