Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. You will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by providing excellent service, crafting beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Skills Some knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes. Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
