What You Will Do: Plan and coordinate test activities, ensuring efficient delivery of quality assured test data for HV Traction Battery Systems. Prepare test facilities, automation routines, and parts for assigned test phases, delivering crucial data for design and technological advancement. Provide quality assured data, supporting teams with data analysis and interpretation to meet customer test requests. Lead problem-solving activities, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures. Utilize data analysis and visualization tools effectively to support design verification activities. Engage in continuous improvement of test facility operations and preparation of systems under test.

What You Will Bring: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including experience with test automation and data acquisition systems. Strong knowledge of HV powertrain configuration, energy storage technologies, and communication protocols. Significant experience in data acquisition, control systems, and reporting of test data. A structured approach to problem-solving in technical environments, with a keen eye for detail. A degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a full UK driving license.
