As part of our vision, we are looking to recruit a BD Executive who will play a pivotal role primarily supporting the Real Estate BD manager and the wider sector team to deliver the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. This is a varied role, working closely with the BD Managers and Executives, marketing team and partners in the business, working across key sectors and practice areas. Supporting the BD managers, you will assist in implementing the agreed business development initiatives and plans. You will be an integral member of our team, and be encouraged to proactively contribute, influence and instil BD best practice across the firm. This role acts as a ‘sales enabler’ in supporting lawyers to win work, as opposed to being a direct sales role. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Strategy and go-to-market development:

Support on the implementation of the GTM strategy, offering tactical support for all BD initiatives. Help identify opportunities for growth within the growth sectors/practices, working with the BD managers to align our services to meet the needs of our clients. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning, as well as creating profiles for potential clients. Support on analysis of sales, pipeline data and KPIs to support strategic initiatives. Champion internal BD initiatives across our offices and ensure best practice – ensuring our BD ‘How to guides’ and check lists are maintained. Support BD Managers on their key accounts and wider account portfolio. Collaborate with the BD Managers and lawyers to prepare compelling pitches, proposals and client presentations. Support in coordinating the strategic pursuits and pitch process, including the maintenance of our pitch library, experience database, testimonials and case study library. Support relevant teams to ensure new business opportunities are being effectively recorded and tracked through the pipeline management process - Provide regular reports for BD meetings, e.g. pipeline reporting, key account profiles. Brand champion, marketing and campaigns:

Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop and deliver campaigns to raise market presence and support business development efforts (including events and award submissions). Support the creation of thought leadership which underpins strategic and GTM ambitions, this includes marketing campaigns such as the development of marketing collateral (including website content, credentials, newsletters, email marketing and articles). Establish your brand in the market and connect with clients and intermediaries. Be an ambassador and champion for the brand. About you: You will enjoy working within a fast-paced, professional environment, bringing proven interpersonal skills in working alongside and collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have experience of working in a BD capacity to support and project manage the creation of the GTM strategy including bringing a focus to driving results, tactical pursuit support and key account management best practice. You will also have experience of working with a marketing function to deliver multi-channel, lead generating marketing campaigns. Additionally, bringing an analytical mind to understand what is happening in the market, what our performance metrics tell us, leveraging technology and data in decision making.
