An opportunity to contribute to Galderma's expansion into new markets. We are seeking highly skilled Business Development Managers to acquire new accounts and convert competitors to our leading product portfolio. We require a strong negotiator to lead UK Business Development and support the launch of a new product in 2025. Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Launch our newest product into the UK market (in pre-market authorisation phase). Develop and grow the Biostimulator segment through competitive conversion and account development. Convert competitor accounts to Galderma's market-leading portfolio. Implement Business Development plans and support organisational activities. Leading negotiations, delivering market studies, and analysing consumer trends are essential skills for this role. Requirements:
Sales experience with proven success in developing new markets and growth. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Degree in a relevant field or significant relevant experience. Ability to build professional relationships with Corporate Accounts and Senior Leadership Team members.
