Business Development Manager - TBR

The Role: To manage and develop the direct sales and distributor channel activities and deliver the company objectives for market share growth. There will be a big focus on working collaboratively with both the internal sales team and external customers to understand and efficiently define sales channels whilst supporting your existing clients.

About You: A wide knowledge of all aspects of TBR tyres both to end user and distributor. Proven track record in managing large independent and National accounts. Proven track record in sales through growing retained business. Ability in data analysis and using Excel/Microsoft tools. Strong communication, with focus on problem solving and negotiation. Self-motivated, with the ability to organise and manage time efficiently. Passionate team player, who advocates customer excellence.
