BEAUTY RETAIL AMBASSADOR (TEMP) - KINGSTON THE COMPANY: Leading luxury beauty houses in the luxury retail industry Great way to develop your CV and experience within high-end retail Opportunities to be made permanent full-time or part-time Build relationships with luxury brands and expand your network Job Description: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for makeup and fragrance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create personalized beauty experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Provide expert advice and recommendations on makeup and fragrance products. Demonstrate and apply makeup techniques to showcase product benefits. Educate customers on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product launches. Maintain a clean and visually appealing store and workstation. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets. Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized services. Requirements: Previous experience in the beauty industry, particularly in makeup or fragrance sales, is a plus. Passion for beauty and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is a bonus.
