Responsibilities: Reviewing labelling and marketing material to check that they are compliant with regional regulatory requirements Working closely with NPD on new formulations to ensure compliance in our key territories (EU, USA, Asia, ASEAN, Australia, Russia) Support in market entry and expansion, compile registration dossiers and maintain relationship with network of agents. Ensuring full product information is available for all SKUs: PIFs, Certificates of Analysis, Test Reports, etc. Tracking and liaising with the Customer Services team to investigate consumer complaints and escalate those needed. Advising on cosmetic claims, ensuring they are correctly worded on product labelling and websites and delivering training to relevant teams Reviewing company websites to check that content is compliant with country specific regulatory requirements Proactively identifying potential Regulatory / compliance issues and working together with the senior members of the team to reduce and/or eradicate their impact Upkeep and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of applicable regulations and guidance Requirements: Honours degree in Cosmetic Science or one of the life sciences, particularly chemistry, biochemistry, or biology. Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks, preferably cosmetics regulation and chemicals regulation regarding labelling, advertising and retailing of Skincare, Haircare, Body care and Colour Cosmetics Good understanding of the cosmetic industry standard practices Good attention to details, strong communication skills, good time management skills Understanding on international product registration processes would be desirable but not essential Good IT Skills - (Email, Excel and Word) Usage of formulation management systems (especially Coptis) would be desirable but not essential Benefits: Career Development Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.
