Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and fully qualified Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to lead a team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including waxing, massages, facials, eyelash and brow treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures, using only vegan and cruelty-free products. Ensure the salon is clean, hygienic, and well-presented at all times, going the extra mile to create a welcoming environment for clients. Maintain exceptional service standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Assist in stock management to ensure adequate supplies are available. Mentor and support junior therapists, aiding in their professional development. Create and maintain engaging social media content to promote our services and highlight our commitment to sustainability. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business. Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of service and salon presentation. Work independently and confidently, especially during quieter times. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 year of salon experience post-study. Proficient in waxing, massage, facials, eyelash and brow treatments, and manicure/pedicure services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for vegan and cruelty-free practices, with a commitment to sustainability. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Good attention to detail.
