Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Spa, focusing on excellent customer care, going the extra mile for every guest. Perform a variety of spa treatments for guests. Using guest feedback to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered. Ensuring all spa procedures and checks are being completed every day. Building and maintaining customer profiles to capture guest preferences and to deliver wow factors throughout their spa journey. Develop and lead your team in identifying upselling opportunities. Attend regular meetings with the manager and the spa team.
