The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of beauty treatments including Full Body Massage, Dermalogica Facials, Waxing Strip and Hot, Gel Manicure and Pedicures, Biab Nails, Tinting, Lash Lifts, Microdermabrasion
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new clientele.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious work environment and high-quality service delivery.
Skills
Proficient in massage techniques and various beauty treatments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in upselling products and services effectively.
Ability to manage front desk duties efficiently while multitasking.
Knowledge of social media platforms for effective engagement and marketing purposes.
Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Previous experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, or barbering is desirable but not essential.
