Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Promote additional services and products that may benefit clients.
Handle client bookings and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
Proficiency in makeup application techniques for various occasions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is an advantage.
