A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Beauty Therapist at the multi-award winning Evermore Wellbeing salon.
We are looking for a qualified and friendly focused therapist who believes in delivering excellence in every treatment provided. You must be level 2 or 3 beauty qualified or obtain a massage qualification with experience & have strong experience passion in delivering a range of treatments.
The Role:
A passion and enjoyment for massage and body treatments is a must. Carry out a wide range of massage/beauty treatments to a high standard. Deal with queries & effectively offer advice on products & treatments available. Ensure that strict hygiene standards are maintained across the treatment rooms. Answer telephone & online enquiries & book appointments for clients. Ensure clients are receiving exceptional treatments. General day-to-day cleaning of the salon. The Person:
Possess a friendly & polite demeanour at all times, delivering a high standard of customer service building a rapport with our clients. Smart & professional in appearance. Warm & soft approach that puts people at ease. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: good conversationalist. HNC or SVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy / Relevant massage qualifications. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Good understanding of range of products & treatments offered. Flexible with working hours, including weekends. Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic & a 'can do attitude'. What we offer?
