We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty treatments and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and nail treatments. You will play a vital role in building the beauty client base. Our friendly salon has a relaxed feel, and some of our staff have worked at the salon for 15 years.
Duties
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build professional relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up care.
Manage appointment bookings efficiently to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Experience as a Beautician.
Excellent communication skills.
A valid qualification or certification in beauty therapy.
Ability to work well as a team.
Willingness to be trained in shampooing to help with the hair salon if required.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.
