In 2021, the business was purchased and combined to establish Beauty Worx. We have 3 exceptional staff, and due to growth, we now have a position available. We’re excited to expand our team and invite a passionate Beauty Therapist to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to our thriving spa. About the Role: Provide Exceptional Client Care: Conduct professional consultations tailored to each client’s needs. Deliver all beauty treatments that you are qualified to perform and deliver real results. Train further your skill. Build Strong Client Relationships. Develop facial treatment plans to achieve their skin goals. Recommend products and services that complement their skin journey. Perform Advanced Treatments (an advantage): Microdermabrasion Laser or hair removal Pigmentation and red vein treatments LED light therapy Medi-aesthetic peels Skin needling Dermaplaning Depigmentation peels About You: You’ll be a great fit if you: Hold a Level 4 or 5 Beauty Therapy qualification. Have experience with Laser or IPL technologies (an advantage). Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving client results. Key Skills We Value: Strong listening and communication skills to understand client needs. Confidence in recommending and delivering tailored treatments. Work in team of qualified professionals.
