Salary: GBP24000 - GBP26000 per annum + Commission Beauty Therapist £26,000 + Commission London (Chelsea, Belgravia or Notting Hill)
We are collaborating with a high-end beauty company to find a skilled Beauty Therapist for multiple locations in Central and West London. Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients. Provide top-quality beauty treatments with a caring attitude. Achieve retail and treatment targets with ease. Assist with diary management, including bookings and re-bookings, working both independently and as part of a team under pressure. What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £26,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £27-30,000.
Includes 12.5% commission on product sales and 5% on courses sold.
28 days of holiday, including bank holidays. Opportunities for career progression and transfers within the group. Discounts on products and treatments. Increased holiday entitlement with longer service. Requirements:
Minimum
NVQ Level 2 or 3
qualification, focusing on manicures, pedicures, massage, and waxing. At least one year of experience in a spa or clinic environment. Top-tier training will be provided to enhance your skills and experience. Working Hours:
Five days a week,
including one day on the weekend.
