About the role…

The role will involve all aspects of beauty and reception work, including performing a range of treatments, meeting and greeting hotel guests and health club members, ensuring check-ins and check-outs, taking bookings, and seeking opportunities to exceed the retail targets and budget set for the department.
About you… You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care, and will make guest satisfaction a priority. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 and have a passion for the beauty industry.
