Improving Subscriber Engagement – Testing & tweaking subject lines, email structures, and call-to-actions to boost open & click-through rates. A/B Testing & Analytics – Running experiments to improve conversion rates on email signups and in-email ads. Automation & Email Sequences – Optimizing welcome flows and ongoing sequences to convert free subscribers into paying customers. What You Need to Succeed Deep experience with Beehiiv – You know how to fully leverage the platform’s features. Strong email marketing skills – You understand what gets people to open, click, and engage. Growth-focused mindset – You can strategize and implement subscriber acquisition campaigns. Understanding of monetization – You know how to turn newsletters into revenue-generating assets. Analytical & data-driven – You’re comfortable tracking KPIs and making decisions based on performance.
