Behaviour Manager
- Bromley - up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) - ASAP start
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the school's behaviour team. Provide support and intervention for managing student behaviour. Implement positive behaviour reinforcement and de-escalation techniques. Monitor student behaviour to identify trends and patterns requiring additional support. Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff to create individualized behaviour and learning plans. Serve as a point of contact for parents, guardians, and external agencies when needed.
Requirements: Must have SEMH experience. Strong communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, and non-judgmental attitude. Experience working with students across KS3 & KS4.
