Behaviour Manager

to work across secondary and SEN schools in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Responsibilities:

Support and manage student behaviour across a range of educational settings, including secondary and SEN schools. Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to address individual student needs. Provide guidance and intervention to support students displaying challenging behaviours. Minimum Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

is essential for this role. Proven experience managing and improving student behaviour in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff. A proactive and adaptable approach to challenging situations. Benefits:
