Multiple Locations Multiple Terms To commence as soon as possible, the school is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Behaviour Manager with responsibility at Whole-School level. This exciting and varied role will include developing and co-ordinating a new and emerging on-site bespoke behaviour provision for students that face challenges accessing a mainstream learning environment and who are at high risk of exclusion due to challenging behaviour. The role will require strategic leadership of high-quality alternative curriculum delivery models whilst offering bespoke behavioural and pastoral support to individuals to modify their behaviour. The aim is always to reintegrate students into the mainstream classroom, whilst addressing student needs on an individual basis to support this. You should have experience of working with and coaching students/young people with challenging behaviour needs along with a ‘toolkit’ of strategies to support these. The role will include promoting the school values and positive behaviour, facilitating the day-to-day behaviour management systems across the school, overseeing provision. This role will work alongside an existing Behaviour Manager. There is the opportunity for you to work with the leadership team to further develop our behaviour management system into a sector leading provision. We are looking for someone to have a decisive impact on our most challenging students with behavioural needs, helping to implement and shape their futures in a dynamic, professional, and resilient way.
