£85–£100 per day About the Role: Teaching Personnel is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Tameside to recruit a Behaviour Mentor. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting students who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, helping them succeed academically and personally. Your Role: Provide tailored support for students struggling with behavior and engagement. Work alongside teachers and the pastoral team to implement behavior management strategies. Create a safe and positive environment that encourages student growth. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
