About the role: As a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary school in Barnet, you will have the opportunity to work with young people in various settings. A minimum of one year's experience as a behaviour mentor or in a similar role is required. Your responsibilities will include supporting children who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing both 1:1 and group support. You will work with a variety of children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, SEN, and other challenging behaviours. It is essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is quick on their feet and proactive in handling complex situations. Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training is advantageous.
