Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties. Implement and monitor
individual behaviour plans
in collaboration with the SENCO and teachers. Foster a positive and structured learning environment that encourages engagement and growth. Work closely with parents, teachers, and external professionals to support each student's progress. Encourage the development of emotional regulation and positive social interactions. Supervise students during unstructured times, such as lunch and breaks, to promote well-being and inclusion.
About You:
Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour, ideally in an SEN setting. Confidence in implementing behaviour strategies and using de-escalation techniques. A
calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
