The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students who face behavioural challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one mentoring, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies. Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring to students with behavioural needs. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create individual behaviour plans. Monitor and report on students' progress and behaviour. Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes respect and learning. Requirements A strong passion for supporting students' behavioural and emotional needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to make positive changes. Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is a plus. Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
