January 2025 Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant school community in Bierton. Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them develop positive behaviour and social skills. Work closely with teachers, parents, and counsellors to create and implement individualised behaviour plans. Create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that promotes personal growth and academic success. Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing behavioural issues promptly and effectively. Encourage and support the overall wellbeing of students, helping them build resilience and self-esteem. Ideal Candidate Qualities:

You have a genuine interest in helping students overcome challenges and succeed. Prior experience working with children or young people, especially in an educational setting, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents. Ability to think on your feet and develop creative solutions to behavioural issues. Collaborative mindset, ready to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student development. Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, adapting strategies as needed. Benefits:

Designated consultant. £100 for referring a friend referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who work 5+ shifts.
