Responsibilities
Behaviour Mentor
Act as a positive role model
Deliver a range of behaviour management techniques
Support learners with a range of SEN/SEMH needs
Conduct 1-1 and group interventions
Engage young people in learning through a range of methods
Requirements
Experienced in managing behaviour
Experience working with learners with a range of needs
Ability to commit to working at the school for a long period of time
Team Teach trained (preferred)
Must have EHCP experience
Must have enhanced DBS
