Behavioral Mentor / Teaching Assistant

Behavioral Mentor available for immediate start Behavioral Mentor required in the Westminster Area on a FULL-TIME basis Behavioral Mentor MUST have 1:1 experience with secondary level students Behavioral Mentor supporting Autistic Students with behavioral issues.
Are you a Behavioral mentor with specialist experience? Are you a Behavioral mentor available to work in the Westminster area? Are you a sports focused Behavioral Mentor? Are you patient and methodical in your approach to Behavioral issues? If the answer is “YES” the above Behavioral Mentor role is for you.
The school - Behavioral Mentor The specialist SEN school in the Westminster area is focused on supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with moderate Learning difficulties and associated complexities. The school accommodates approximately 100 KS3/4 students (approximately 60 KS5 students) and a restricted group size to ensure each student's pathway and program is individually catered for and supplements this with a strict teacher-to-student ratio. All pupils are post ECHP. It is located near excellent public transport links with limited staff parking in place.
The role - Behavioral Mentor The ideal Behavioral Mentor will have had previous experience of working with students with severe behavioral issues and come from a school background where challenging behavior is part of everyday school life. The role would require you to work 1:1 with a KS3 student from a troubled background with heightened challenging behavior issues. A sports background would be an advantage but not essential.
