About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience working with young people with challenging behaviour. This is a great opportunity for a bubbly and proactive Behaviour Mentor to work in a school, offering support to students aged 11-16 both inside and outside the classroom. You will work with students who have ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. Due to the students' needs, it is essential for the ideal Behaviour Mentor to be capable of handling complex situations. Your role is based around supporting students' needs, working alongside the class teacher to help improve student behaviour.
