Graduate Behaviour Mentor Are you a psychology, criminology or sociology graduate who is eager to positively impact the attendance, behaviour and academic development of secondary students?

Start January in this highly rewarding Graduate Behaviour Mentor opportunity, ensuring students are on the right path towards fulfilling their true potential and making the most of school life. Graduate Behaviour Mentor: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to ensure that students’ attendance, behaviour, and attitudes are monitored and supported, to ensure academic progress is met whilst lessons run smoothly, and the harmony of the school is kept in place. It would be ideal if the Behaviour Mentor has experience in mentoring or SEMH, or who has previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor and can build trusting relationships.
