Year 4 student , helping them to overcome barriers to learning and thrive both socially and academically. If you have experience in
behaviour management
and
SEN support , and are passionate about making a difference in a primary school setting, this is the perfect role for you. Starting in
January 2025 . Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a
Year 4 student , focusing on tailored
behaviour management
strategies Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver personalised learning plans and
SEN support Use effective
behaviour management
techniques to promote positive learning habits and engagement Support the student with their emotional and social development, building resilience and confidence About the School: A nurturing
primary school
in
East Croydon , with a strong focus on inclusion and tailored
SEN support Excellent location in
CR7 , with fantastic public transport links The successful candidate will have: Experience in
behaviour management
and providing
SEN support , ideally in a primary school setting Hold the relevant teaching qualification. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children who have additional needs Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to implement strategies that foster positive outcomes.
