Interested in gaining experience and knowledge by working in a school setting with students who have challenging behaviour? Do you possess excellent behaviour management skills and are you able to think quickly on your feet? About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Greenwich Providing assistance to students in classrooms Work closely with other staff members, including behaviour mentors, youth workers, and pastoral care workers Providing 1:1 direct intervention and support within the classroom Contribute to creating a positive learning environment in collaboration with the class teacher Observe and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning progress and interventions Ensure all pupils are included in the classroom Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour Maintain communication with the behavioural and SLT teams regarding student progress Mentor young people who struggle in the classroom The School - Behaviour Mentor - Greenwich This school has achieved significant success in the community, with excellent GCSE results.
