We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students within a PRU based in Islington. This will be a class-based role supporting the behaviour of the learners. This role is based within a SEMH specialist setting for students who, for many reasons, are unable to access mainstream education.
Behaviour Mentor requirements:
Experience of working with young people with SEND and/or Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties or experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication. Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Mentor / Youth Worker experience. Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships. A passion for working with SEND is essential.
