Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Behaviour Mentor to join a Secondary School in Greenwich to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting as soon as possible!

You'll be joining a supportive school, focused on highlighting two of their school values, such as diversity and equality.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:

Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students Delivering catch-up sessions Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Essential Qualifications:

Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, etc.) or relevant experience Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
