Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor: 1:1 and Group Support:

Work closely with pupils to support positive behaviour and develop their social skills. Intervention Strategies:

Implement effective behaviour management plans tailored to each child's needs. Promote Inclusion:

Foster a safe, supportive environment where every pupil feels understood and valued. Mentor and Motivate:

Be a positive role model, helping children develop resilience, confidence, and self-regulation skills. Collaborate with Staff:

Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a consistent approach to behaviour management.

What We're Looking For in a Behaviour Mentor: Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour in a school setting. Strong Communication Skills to engage with children, staff, and parents effectively. Patience and Resilience to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. Passion for Helping Children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential. Proactive Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt to different environments.
