Offer advice and share personal experiences to assist mentees in their development. Foster a positive and supportive environment for mentees to learn and grow. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to mentees. Collaborate with other mentors and program coordinators to ensure the success of the mentoring program. About You:
Previous experience in a mentoring or coaching role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with mentees.
