If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, this could be the perfect role for you. The Ideal Behaviour Mentor: Has experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour. Acts as a positive role model and motivator. Can start in September and commit to a full-time position. Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one). Passionate about supporting the personal and academic development of young people. About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Havering Develop and implement strategies to manage and support students with challenging behaviour. Provide one-on-one mentoring for students, helping them overcome behavioural challenges. Create personalised action plans in collaboration with students to outline clear goals and objectives. Support students to build self-esteem and confidence, improving their personal and social skills. Act as a role model, motivator, and advocate for young people.
