We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our Secondary school in Hillingdon, working with students to help them manage their behaviour and achieve their potential.
Responsibilities: Support students in managing their behaviour. Work closely with teachers and parents to create positive outcomes. Implement behaviour management strategies. Monitor and report on student progress. Minimum Requirements: Experience working with young people. Strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
