available. Competitive salary and opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviour. Help students improve their behaviour while also supporting their academic progress. Lead and assist with intervention programmes designed to improve behaviour and personal development. Work closely with the SEN team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track and monitor student progress. Diffuse challenging situations and create a positive, supportive learning environment. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building self-confidence. About the School:
