As a mentor, you will be providing 1-1 support to your students and sometimes supporting small groups of students aged 11-16 years. You will be required to mentor and monitor the students’ behaviour and focus.
Training & guidance will be provided to suit the individual students in the most suitable way.
You will support your students with their academic exercises. The students will have a structured day, and you will be required to keep records of each activity to track each child's learning progress for the day. Written feedback on their behaviour is also compulsory.
