As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will provide personalized support to individuals or small groups, helping them navigate challenges and develop essential social and emotional skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and rapport. Implementing tailored interventions to address behavioural issues and promote positive outcomes. Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitoring progress and tracking the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as needed. Serving as a role model and mentor, inspiring students to reach their full potential. What we're looking for: Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student growth and development. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our school community.
